Meal replacements boxes will be available each Wednesday by reservation (48 Hour notice is needed). HOMEBUYER EDUCation NEXT CLASS: TENTATIVELY scheduled: aPRIL 25th FREE!
First-time home buyers learn about the process of purchasing and owning a home, including money-management, down payment assistance, learning about the different types of loan programs available, making an offer on a home, completing an inspection, and best post- purchase practices. Receive a certificate of attendance upon successful completion, good for one year. The class is Free. Registration required. SWIC is a HUD-approved counseling agency.
