Down payment assistance up to $10,000 at zero percent for five years;
then repaid at 6% over 25 years, and closing cost assistance (up to

counseling, homeownership training and other down-payment assistance
programs available.

With Denver Urban Renewal Authority, SWIC helps area seniors receive
