NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS :

ZONING:
Each home or business has a zoning code that determines what can and can't be done at the property. Sometimes owners file to change the zoning on their property. When this happens, the neighbors are notified by a large sign posted on the property. Pay attention to these signs! You have a right to protest zoning changes.
